Get in TouchWho We Are
Lexford Group is a Tashkent-based consulting firm founded by a team of legal professionals, policy experts, and educators with deep roots in Uzbekistan's institutional landscape. Our partners bring a combined 30+ years of experience spanning judicial service, legislative development, government advisory, prosecutorial practice, international development projects, and legal academia. We have authored textbooks adopted by national universities, contributed to the modernization of Uzbekistan's Criminal Procedure Code, and advised on regulatory frameworks for banking, taxation, and NGO governance.
Since 2022, our team has helped more than 30 foreign and local companies establish and operate businesses in Uzbekistan — from company registration and tax optimization to workforce staffing and full operational support. We work across heavy industry, IT and telecommunications, construction, and infrastructure, providing end-to-end solutions that let our clients focus on growth while we handle the complexity of the local regulatory environment.
Our name reflects our mission: 'Lex' — law, and 'Ford' — a path forward. We are the gateway for businesses entering one of Central Asia's fastest-growing economies. With fluency in Uzbek, Russian, English, and Tajik, and hands-on experience collaborating with international organizations including the World Bank and UNDP, we bridge the gap between global ambition and local execution.
